Telemarketer – Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telemarketer to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling and nurturing inbound inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Make numerous outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Research and identify leads using business directories, online searches and digital resources.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and understand their needs.
• Provide appropriate solutions, information and support to clients.
• Accurately record and update customer information in the database.
• Create and maintain a database of prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development Coordinator and team.
• Build and manage sales pipelines, coordinating with channel partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational course, preferably in Electronics, Management, Computer‑related fields or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales or lead generation (fresh graduates are also encouraged).
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Results‑oriented, persistent, proactive with a positive mindset.
• Comfortable handling rejection professionally and working with minimal supervision.
• Preferably residing in Pasig, Mandaluyong or nearby areas and available to start immediately.
