Talent Consultant – HR Business Partner

About the role

The Talent Consultant (HRBP) partners with various talent functions and client groups to drive performance management, people engagement and talent development across SGV. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping teams navigate employee issues, implement policies and shape engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for assigned client groups, addressing requests, concerns and inquiries.
• Support the development and execution of talent priorities and people‑engagement programs.
• Build strong relationships with regional, area and global talent teams and other functional stakeholders.
• Handle employee issues, conduct investigations and ensure compliance with firm policies and code of conduct.
• Facilitate performance‑management cycles, career‑development plans and related programs.
• Lead employee‑engagement initiatives using listening tools, pulse surveys and exit interviews.
• Analyze data and trends from people‑pulse and exit surveys to inform talent strategies.
