Supply Planning Specialist – Logistics

About the role

The Supply Planning Specialist ensures product availability while minimizing costs for assigned product groups or customers. You will develop short‑ and long‑term replenishment plans, work closely with suppliers, and support the purchasing team with reliable delivery performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal stock levels at the lowest possible cost for designated product groups or customers.
• Create and recommend short‑ and long‑term replenishment plans to senior management.
• Simulate forecast changes, present high/low scenarios, and identify critical items.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers, monitor timeliness, and provide performance feedback.
• Establish safety stock and target inventory levels to guarantee supply continuity.
• Review, recommend, and execute delivery plans based on allocated volumes per supplier and warehouse.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business discipline, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in inventory management and supply planning.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bicutan, Paranaque under a hybrid work arrangement.
