Supply Planning Analyst – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

GrowthAssistant is seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Planning Analyst to join its Operations team. This remote position focuses on managing purchase order lifecycles, SKU architecture, and supplier relationships for fast‑moving businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end purchase order (PO) lifecycle across 6–7 key suppliers, from issuance to closure.
• Create and maintain new SKUs and update pricing architecture to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Serve as the primary liaison for suppliers, communicating requirements and updates that affect PO adjustments.
• Maintain and update recurring data reports within NetSuite and KetteQ to support demand forecasting and inventory tracking.
• Uphold documented SOPs while proposing process improvements, logistics transitions, and support for high‑visibility product launches.
• Use Active Admin to manage forms and data, ensuring smooth information flow between Operations and Finance.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
• Solid background in inventory management, supply planning, or operations within a fast‑moving industry.
• Experience navigating complex ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for managing vendor relationships.
• Strong execution mindset with obsessive attention to detail and ability to handle high‑volume transactional tasks.
• Critical thinking to follow SOPs while troubleshooting unexpected supply chain issues.
