Supply Chain Planner (Demand Planning)

About the role

The Supply Chain Planner (Demand Planning) will drive the planning and execution of supply‑chain activities for customer projects, ensuring that schedules align with business, project and manufacturing requirements. You will act as the central point of contact for demand planning, capacity verification and delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Convert business information into demand plans within the system and verify factory capacity.
• Review quotations, assess lead times and align factory workload with project needs.
• Coordinate closely with Commercial, Procurement, Shipping and Manufacturing teams.
• Define supply‑chain events, draft and adjust project schedules, and prepare kickoff meeting materials.
• Track major events, monitor progress and trigger corrective actions with Project Managers, Supply Chain and Logistics when deviations occur.
• Serve as the single point of contact in the Sales & Operations Planning process for project stakeholders.
• Manage factory supplies to maintain a balanced supply plan that respects project priorities and manufacturing constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Master's degree considered a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Planning, Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑management and teamwork abilities in an interdisciplinary, international environment.
