Strategy & Operations Effectiveness Manager

About the role

The Editorial Operations Effectiveness Manager will support the development and execution of the operations effectiveness strategy for Editorial Operations, aligning with REPH, LexisNexis and broader business priorities. The role translates strategic objectives into a portfolio of process improvement, automation, Agile and capability‑building initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and periodically review the annual and multi‑year operations effectiveness strategy.
• Assess performance, stakeholder needs and emerging technologies to shape strategic priorities.
• Translate priorities into roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans and performance measures.
• Lead execution of process review, streamlining, globalization, automation, BPM and Agile transformation initiatives.
• Establish governance, reporting and risk‑management mechanisms for the initiative portfolio.
• Monitor strategic and operational performance, track benefits after deployment and recommend adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑5 years experience with LexisNexis platforms or equivalent.
• Project management experience and strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
