About the role
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for spa guests, handling reservations, inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client reservations and respond to inquiries promptly, ensuring accurate booking records and a smooth client experience.
- Supervise daily operations of the spa facility, coordinating staff activities and maintaining service standards.
- Attend to customer needs and address concerns, providing courteous assistance and resolving issues efficiently.
- Promote and sell spa services and wellness products, informing guests of available treatments and upselling where appropriate.
- Manage cash handling and safekeeping procedures, processing payments accurately and maintaining secure financial records.
- Prepare and submit required reports, documenting daily activities, sales figures, and operational metrics.
