Sourcing Specialist – Education Recruitment (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

Our client, an Australian education recruitment agency, is launching a new branch in the Philippines. As a Sourcing Specialist you will partner with consultants in Australia to identify, engage and present qualified teachers for primary, middle, secondary and special‑needs schools across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Headhunt qualified teachers using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and the company’s candidate database.
• Post and refresh job advertisements on job boards and social channels, tracking performance.
• Build and nurture talent pools across all teaching levels and subjects.
• Screen candidates by phone, verify qualifications, registration, right‑to‑work and availability.
• Prepare concise candidate summaries and shortlists for Australian consultants.
• Maintain the candidate database, organising profiles for quick retrieval.
• Meet weekly sourcing, screening and shortlist targets and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Acquisition Associate, Recruiter or similar role.
• Preferably supporting Australian, UK or US markets, though strong local recruitment experience is also considered.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and confidence using social media for sourcing.
• Familiarity with Seek or other job boards and excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outreach, phone screening and creating video introductions after the interview.
• Self‑motivated, curious, inventive and able to work effectively with a team located overseas.
