Software Engineering Associate – Ilocos

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineering Associate to join our team in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. The role combines application development, analytics, software testing and IT operations, offering a broad exposure to the full software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software applications based on client requirements.
• Analyze data and create analytics‑based solutions to generate business insights.
• Create and execute test scripts, document defects and recommend improvements.
• Administer and support IT infrastructure including servers, databases, networks and cloud services.
• Participate in automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate in Computer Science, Software Development, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Electronics & Communications, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience or recent graduate.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte and possess the necessary work permits.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net, UNIX Shell Scripting.
• Enterprise platforms: Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP, Salesforce.
