About the role
The Service Associate provides competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center. The role supports business objectives through excellent customer service while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver over‑the‑counter transactions efficiently, meeting service standards for wait time and turnaround.
- Ensure compliance with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
- Support process improvement initiatives and technology implementation across branch systems.
- Engage with clients to provide a high‑quality customer experience.
- Perform delegated administrative functions in an organized manner.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to handle complexity, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
- Strong controlling, monitoring, and security‑awareness skills.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Required skills
- Knowledge of BSP regulations and AMLA compliance.
- Ability to operate over‑the‑counter banking transaction systems.
- Understanding of risk management and bank policy implementation.
