SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our international, fully‑remote team. You will play a key part in boosting organic search performance and enhancing online visibility for a variety of clients across SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover ranking opportunities.
• Optimize website pages for on‑page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking and content.
• Support technical SEO initiatives such as site audits, fixing crawl errors, indexing issues and improving page speed.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies.
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings and performance metrics using SEO tools.
• Collaborate with content writers to create SEO‑driven briefs.
• Track Google algorithm updates and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with marketing and development teams to implement best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of hands‑on SEO experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Strong understanding of on‑page and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
