Senior SAP PS Consultant (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP Project System (PS) Consultant to join our team on a hybrid basis, working primarily from Manila or Taguig with occasional office visits. You will lead the implementation and ongoing support of SAP PS modules for multiple Fujitsu AMS clients.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation, configuration, testing and support of SAP PS modules.
• Conduct detailed analysis of complex business processes and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Lead workshops to gather and document client requirements.
• Identify gaps, propose work‑arounds and manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets and change requests.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Provide ad‑hoc training and user support as needed.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level consultants and present solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong independent work ethic.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience managing multiple deliverables and client engagements simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for client presentations and mentorship.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of SAP Project System (PS) modules.
• Experience in SAP implementation, configuration and testing.
• Incident, service request and change management within SAP environments.
• Facilitation of business workshops and requirement gathering.
