Senior Reporting & Data Analyst (Part-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Senior Reporting & Data Analyst to own dashboard management, performance tracking, and insight generation across our marketing channels. The role focuses on maintaining reporting consistency, analyzing performance data, and surfacing actionable insights for the activation team.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update reporting dashboards ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Standardize reporting frameworks and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Analyze marketing performance across channels, identify trends, opportunities, and issues, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Work within GA4, ad platforms, and call‑tracking tools to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and data integrity.
• Support internal and client‑facing reporting needs and collaborate with activation teams for timely delivery.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented mindset with excellent English communication (B2‑C1).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Marketing analytics tools such as Improvado, AgencyAnalytics, Whatagraph
• Dashboard platforms: Looker, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), SA360
• Ad platform familiarity and marketing metrics
• Call‑tracking platforms (CallRail, WhatConverts) – nice‑to‑have
• SQL or advanced data manipulation tools – nice‑to‑have
