Senior QA/QC Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA/QC Architect to lead quality assurance and control for architectural drawings produced by our drafting team in the Philippines. The role ensures that all documentation meets technical, constructability, and multidisciplinary coordination standards before project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC reviews of architectural drawings created by drafting and production teams.
• Identify non‑conformance, coordination conflicts, and detailing errors.
• Review coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP consultant drawings.
• Validate technical details and construction documentation prior to final submission.
• Provide clear feedback and correction notes to improve drawing accuracy.
• Maintain quality standards across projects and apply lessons learned.
• Support internal teams to ensure compliance with company standards and documentation processes.

Required profile

• Licensed Architect in the Philippines.
• Minimum 6 + years of experience in reputable architectural firms on complex projects.
• Strong expertise in architectural detailing, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to identify constructability and coordination issues within drawings.
• Must provide examples of previous project work and obtain NBI/police clearance upon hire.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit for drawing review.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule (9:00 AM‑5:30 PM PT).
