About the role
The Senior Director / Deputy General Manager – B2B Collections will lead the B2B collections function within HCLTech’s BPO operations in the Philippines. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and reports to senior leadership. The role focuses on driving collection performance and overseeing the strategic direction of the B2B collections team.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Minimum of Director‑level experience managing B2B collections in a BPO environment.
- Ability to work on‑site in Taguig City.
