SAP Solution Architect

About the role

GCash is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the design and transformation of its SAP landscape. The role will drive integration across SAP modules and external systems, ensuring innovative financial solutions for the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and blueprinting of the SAP landscape, ensuring cross‑functional integration between SAP modules and external systems.
• Define the technology roadmap for SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Evaluate and recommend SAP and third‑party SaaS/PaaS solutions to fill functional gaps.
• Provide governance and oversight for technical teams, ensuring developments, configurations, and integrations adhere to architectural standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business process owners to translate high‑level business needs into detailed technical specifications.
• Lead integration strategy using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), API Management, and middleware solutions for seamless data flow.
• Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis for proposed SAP changes, maintaining system stability and performance.
• Mentor and coach functional and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with SAP product releases (e.g., RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP) and advise on adoption strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SAP architecture and large‑scale transformation projects.
• Strong ability to define technology roadmaps and governance frameworks.
• Experience mentoring technical and functional teams.
• Skilled at conducting impact assessments and risk analysis.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of SAP product portfolio and emerging technologies.
