SAP ABAP Technical Lead (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned SAP ABAP Technical Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations. The role combines hands‑on development with leadership, guiding projects from requirement gathering through post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and provide hands‑on expertise in the SAP S/4HANA ABAP module.
• Deliver successful Greenfield implementations (minimum two projects).
• Design, develop, and enhance reports, integrations, conversions, forms, workflows, and Fiori apps.
• Utilize SAP BTP, BRF+, OData, and CDS Views to create high‑quality solutions.
• Conduct Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and translate client requirements into technical designs.
• Perform functional and system testing, support UAT, and resolve issues.
• Manage implementation, go‑live activities, and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on SAP S/4HANA ABAP experience.
• Proven involvement in at least two full‑cycle Greenfield implementations.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent client communication skills.
