About the role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential clients in North America. You will represent TLC Worldwide’s loyalty and rewards platform, generating interest and qualifying leads for our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound outreach to contacts and warm prospects via phone, email (Outlook) and LinkedIn.
- Research and identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Engage prospects, present TLC’s value proposition and schedule meetings for senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work US business hours, including night differential.
- Strong interest in customer acquisition, loyalty and experiential marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
