Roving Trainer

About the role

Billease is seeking a Roving Trainer to deliver on‑site training and coaching to Sales Associates across Central Visayas. The role involves travelling throughout Cebu, Negros Oriental, Bohol and Panay to ensure the team fully understands Billease’s financing products and sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site training sessions covering Billease products, sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Provide continuous coaching and mentorship to improve individual and team performance.
• Monitor and evaluate Sales Associate performance, delivering feedback and tailored training plans.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to streamline field training processes and develop training materials.
• Spend 100 % of time in the field, observing live customer interactions and acting as liaison between associates and management.
• Track training outcomes and performance metrics, preparing reports with recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales financing or a related field.
• Prior coaching or field training experience preferred.
• Strong process orientation and ability to implement structured training methodologies.
• Analytical mindset to assess performance and training impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage diverse teams in the local language.
• Willingness to work 100 % in the field, including weekends and non‑standard hours.
