Restaurant Operations Director

About the role

BIGGS is seeking a highly driven Restaurant Operations Director to lead the operational excellence of its growing network of company‑owned and franchise restaurants across Bicol, CALABARZON and beyond. This senior leader will shape strategy, drive profitability and ensure an outstanding customer experience while supporting rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 25 branches, both company‑owned and franchised.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, profitability targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with franchise partners and business stakeholders.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that enable sustainable growth and new store roll‑outs.
• Analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and align multi‑disciplinary operations teams to achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to enhance systems, processes and the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• 8–10 years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality or multi‑unit operations.
• Proven track record in operations management, franchise relations and business development.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to relocate or be based in Naga City, Camarines Sur.
