Reports Analyst – Finance Shared Services

About the role

The Reports Analyst will support the Finance Shared Services team by delivering accurate, timely reports and helping to improve processes across assigned accounts and systems. You will work closely with business partners, customers, and technology vendors to identify and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely reports and documentation following established frameworks and standards.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address requests and resolve concerns.
• Participate in system enhancements, process improvements, and personal development activities.

Required profile

• Educational background in a related field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or any discipline involving data analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with financial data.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
