Remote Web Developer – Drupal & WordPress

About the role

This is a fully remote position focused on maintaining and extending Drupal (9/10) and WordPress sites for a marketing‑driven environment. You will ensure platform security, performance, and deliver new campaign features while collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Drupal security advisories daily and apply core and module patches within SLA.
• Perform regular site health checks: database optimisation, cache management, error‑log review.
• Maintain backup/restore procedures and document all patching activity.
• Build new features, landing pages, forms, and conversion elements as directed.
• Integrate third‑party tools (CRM, analytics, tracking pixels) and support GTM/GA4 configuration.
• Implement A/B tests and CRO improvements using Optimizely or VWO.
• Manage code changes via Git with clear commit messages and pull requests.
• Maintain Drupal site‑building configuration (content types, Views, fields).
• Provide CMS guidance, troubleshoot editor issues, and log work in ClickUp or Monday.com.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Drupal development (Drupal 9 or 10 required).
• Recent experience applying Drupal security patches.
• Strong written English communication for updates, estimates, and issue escalation.
• Experience working directly with a marketing team.
