Remote Web Developer & Designer (Part‑Time to Full‑Time)

About the role

We are an Australian‑based data automation and AI workflow company seeking a remote Web Developer & Designer. The position starts part‑time with strong potential to become full‑time, offering a long‑term opportunity for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain WordPress sites, landing pages, and internal tools using Elementor and WooCommerce.
• Create clean, responsive HTML/CSS layouts and templates.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt) to accelerate development and design.
• Transform briefs and rough concepts into fast‑working prototypes.
• Develop web interfaces that connect to automation and reporting systems.
• Assist with UX/UI layout, visual design, and content structure for internal projects.
• Collaborate closely with the team on web components of larger automation and data initiatives.
• Maintain and improve existing web assets as needed.

Required profile

• Strong experience with WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce.
• Solid HTML and CSS skills, with a focus on responsive, mobile‑friendly design.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools within development or design workflows.
• Creative problem‑solver who is curious about emerging technologies.
• Ability to deliver polished, professional results with minimal direction.
