Remote Home Care Scheduler (Work From Home)

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a remote Scheduler to support a U.S.-based home‑care client. You will keep caregiver schedules running smoothly, ensuring seniors receive consistent, compassionate care in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain up‑to‑date caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations or no‑shows and arrange replacements.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky (training provided).
• Collaborate with the operations team to flag staffing issues and maintain smooth coverage.
• Conduct regular check‑ins with caregivers and generate weekly staffing reports for leadership.
• Assist with light administrative and recruitment tasks during quieter periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare or home‑care.
• Calm under pressure with strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to keep caregivers and clients informed.
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with VoIP phone systems.
• Ability to learn and use scheduling software (WellSky training provided).
