Remote Front Desk & Guest Experience Associate (Entry Level)

About the role

You will be the voice and face of TruPorch Homes, guiding guests through every step of their stay—from initial inquiry to checkout—as a Digital Concierge. This fully remote position lets you deliver 5‑star hospitality from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound VoIP calls and messages from platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com with professional etiquette.
• Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues quickly, including smart‑lock, Wi‑Fi, and climate‑control problems, or dispatch the appropriate ground team.
• Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure properties are ready for each arrival.
• Assist with reservation changes and follow up with guests to secure 5‑star reviews.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 1‑5 years experience in guest services, front desk, BPO, high‑end dining, or healthcare.
• Neutral English accent for phone calls and near‑native written English for messaging.
• Empathetic de‑escalation skills, high trainability, and self‑discipline to work independently.
