About the role
We are seeking an experienced biologist to lead CRISPR‑based gene editing projects on a remote contract basis. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to design, optimise, and execute cutting‑edge molecular experiments that feed directly into AI‑driven research pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Design, optimise and run CRISPR gene‑editing experiments.
- Develop cloning strategies to create novel constructs and cell lines.
- Perform genotyping, PCR assays and sequence analyses to validate edits.
- Design synthetic DNA/RNA sequences and support high‑throughput screening workflows.
- Translate experimental data into structured formats for AI model training.
- Apply molecular biology techniques to study cellular components and organelles.
- Document procedures and results with high clarity to ensure reproducibility.
Required profile
- Strong expertise in CRISPR technology and gene‑editing workflows.
- Extensive hands‑on experience with cloning, genotyping and PCR‑based assays.
- Solid background in sequence design and molecular screening strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous scientific detail.
- Self‑driven, collaborative mindset with a proven record in high‑impact research.
