Recruitment Specialist – 15K Sign‑On Bonus, Mon‑Fri AM Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead high‑volume, end‑to‑end hiring for technical, engineering and specialist positions on behalf of an Australian client. The role is office‑based in Pasig City, with a Monday‑Friday morning shift, and involves working closely with international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, engineering and specialist roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate with the Australian client to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using recruitment tools.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably for technical or engineering positions.
• Ability to work on‑site in Pasig City during standard office hours.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with international clients.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
