Quality Officer

About the role

The Quality Officer will ensure that DHL Supply Chain maintains the highest standards of product and service quality. You will work closely with production, operations, and site management to drive continuous improvement and compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to detect and resolve non‑conformities.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to prevent defects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to investigate and solve quality‑related issues.
• Maintain detailed records and metrics to monitor quality performance.
• Provide training and guidance on quality procedures to production and operations staff.
• Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and quality management principles.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality systems and processes.
• Drive implementation of OMS principles, support job standardization, and coach teams for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• College diploma or degree in engineering, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or control, preferably in manufacturing, transport or logistics.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
