Quality Controller

About the role

The Quality Controller will ensure that electrical components and assemblies meet all technical specifications, ISO standards, and safety regulations. This role works closely with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to maintain high product quality in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in‑process, and final inspections of electrical parts, panels, breakers, and wiring.
• Perform functional testing of electrical systems and verify conformity against drawings and specifications.
• Document inspection results, defects, and corrective actions; prepare regular quality reports.
• Support compliance with ISO standards, electrical codes, and company quality procedures.
• Coordinate with production and engineering to address recurring defects and drive corrective‑preventive actions.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe inspection area and follow occupational health and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in electrical or mechanical manufacturing, preferably in panel board or electrical equipment fabrication.
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ISO standards and quality‑assurance documentation.
• Use of inspection tools and techniques (visual, dimensional, functional testing).
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions.
• Functional testing of electrical systems, wiring, breakers, and panels.
