Project Manager – Design Team (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Project Manager to lead our Design Team, overseeing a growing portfolio of clients and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workload distribution for 10+ designers, matching each task to the best‑suited creator and maintaining a 24‑hour delivery promise.
• Perform final quality checks on all deliverables, ensuring they meet client briefs before release.
• Handle people‑management duties including leave requests, internal communication, problem resolution and adherence to SOPs.
• Conduct monthly and annual performance reviews with support from senior management.
• Lead one‑on‑one and group training sessions covering onboarding, client communication and time‑management.
• Step in to support designers in client interactions via chat, email or video call when projects become complex.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong eye for graphic and web design quality.
• Confident, direct communicator able to give constructive feedback.
• Fast learner comfortable with change.
