Project Engineer – Construction Site Supervision

About the role

The Project Engineer will oversee on‑site construction activities, ensuring that all work follows approved plans, specifications, budget, and schedule. You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and the Project Manager to maintain quality, safety, and progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and overall project progress.
• Verify that all works comply with approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Handle material requests, monitor deliveries, and conduct inventory checks.
• Resolve on‑site issues related to manpower, logistics, and technical concerns.
• Support the Project Manager in achieving timely and quality project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site/Project Engineer in construction.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to be assigned to any site location.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Competence in AutoCAD.
• Experience with project monitoring tools.
