Project Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

Wilcon Corp is looking for a motivated Project Engineer to lead construction projects from pre‑construction planning through final delivery. You will ensure that designs, materials, schedules and quality standards are met while coordinating with contractors, suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review construction plans, specifications, BOM and BOQ before project start.
• Perform material take‑offs, cost estimations and prepare shop drawings.
• Supervise daily site activities, conduct inspections and resolve on‑site issues.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones and progress, and produce regular status reports.
• Process material requests, change orders and verify deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, manpower and construction activities.
• Act as the primary liaison among site teams, contractors, suppliers and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (licensed engineer is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management, site supervision or project engineering.
• Experience with residential, commercial, warehouse, retail or industrial projects.
• Willingness to work anywhere in the Philippines and conduct field inspections.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with construction‑related software for documentation and cost estimation.
