Project Control Manager – Land Reclamation Projects

About the role

The Coastal Engineering and Management Team at Surbana Jurong is seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to lead planning, reporting and resource coordination for land reclamation development projects. You will ensure that all project controls meet technical standards and client expectations while supporting the commercial success of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, reporting and resource allocation to align with client and SMEC requirements.
• Collaborate proactively with multidisciplinary team members, contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and coordination of deliverables.
• Contribute to the commercial performance of projects by monitoring budgets, forecasts and cost control measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; Masters in Management or Project Management preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and high‑level knowledge of project control principles.
• Strong business planning, budgeting and commercial acumen.
• Excellent client management, consulting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and adapt to new industry information.
