Project Control Manager

About the role

The Coastal Engineering and Management Team at Surbana Jurong is seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to lead planning, reporting, and scheduling activities for land reclamation development projects. You will ensure that all project controls meet technical standards and client requirements while supporting the commercial success of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, reporting, project controlling, scheduling and resource planning to meet technical standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate proactively with team members, contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and coordination of project deliverables.
• Contribute to the commercial success of projects and the overall team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; preferably a Master’s in Management or a project management qualification.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and high‑level knowledge of project control principles.
• Strong business planning, budgeting, and commercial acumen.
• Excellent consulting, client management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and apply new industry knowledge.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with proficiency in relevant project control software and office applications.
