Project-Based Recruiter – Bulk Hiring Specialist

About the role

Royal Caribbean is expanding its Manila operations and seeks a Project-Based Recruiter to lead bulk hiring for shore‑based positions across the Philippines and globally. This role focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition for high‑volume roles, ensuring a premium candidate experience aligned with the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for bulk shore‑based roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Partner with global teams and local leadership to forecast hiring needs and design sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job fairs, campus recruitment, online platforms, and proactive outreach.
• Maintain accurate data and process compliance in the ATS (Workday or equivalent).
• Track recruitment KPIs, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, cruise, BPO, shared services, insurance, or real estate.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring for sales executive and business development roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
