Project Assistant

About the role

Ayala Malls is seeking a motivated Project Assistant to support the planning, implementation and monitoring of mall transformation projects. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands‑on experience in project management, real estate and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project team with day‑to‑day coordination, preparing documents, reports and meeting materials.
• Attend meetings, record minutes, track action items and follow up on pending deliverables.
• Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors and project sites; compile data for studies and presentations.
• Maintain organized records of permits, contracts and other project files.
• Support the preparation and submission of permit applications and regulatory documents.
• Help monitor project expenses, budgets and administrative processes.
• Participate in site visits, prepare status updates and flag issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, suppliers and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate Management or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
• Internship experience in project management, construction, real estate, operations or administration is a plus.
