Production Planning Specialist

About the role

AUMOVIO is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to ensure on‑time delivery, meet quality specifications and optimise production efficiency for its automotive electronics portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain production plans based on customer call‑offs using SAP data.
• Coordinate with customer logistics and materials planning to resolve delivery and material availability issues.
• Identify and implement cost‑reduction measures such as freight optimisation, scrap reduction and inventory control.
• Monitor model phase‑in/phase‑out to avoid dead stock and excess finished goods.
• Support new product launches and adjust plans for any release changes.
• Review daily capacity, working days and shipment details to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong internal and external communication abilities.
• Experience with finite planning and production plan execution (PP).
• Knowledge of inventory reduction and production planning standardisation.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
