Production Operator – Project Hire

About the role

Allegro is looking for a diligent Production Operator on a project‑hire basis to join its semiconductor manufacturing team. You will operate precision equipment, maintain a clean work environment, and follow strict procedures to ensure high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery and probers according to detailed work instructions and SOPs.
• Perform regular housekeeping and machine purging to prevent contamination.
• Read and comply with job standards and all production line procedures.
• Support team goals by completing additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Completed at least two years of college or a graduate of a two‑year technical course.
• Mature, stable, and flexible disposition.
• Ability to work effectively with others and perform well under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Consistent adherence to standard operating procedures and detailed instructions.
