About the role
The Production Officer 1 will oversee the planning, execution and control of production activities at Marigold Manufacturing. This on‑site position ensures that manpower, materials, equipment and processes are coordinated to meet manufacturing targets.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, lead and organize production schedules.
- Control manpower allocation, material flow and machine/equipment usage.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Adjust resources as needed to meet output goals.
Required profile
- Ability to manage and coordinate production operations.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Focus on efficiency, safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.
