Procurement Representative

About the role

The Procurement Representative supports global procurement operations for the evoke Group through the Manila Finance Shared Services Center. The role creates accurate purchase requisitions in Oracle Fusion, ensures compliance with procurement policies, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Oracle Fusion, ensuring accuracy, compliance and supporting documentation.
• Monitor approvals, coordinate amendments, cancellations, closures and perform goods receipting upon delivery confirmation.
• Identify and escalate non‑compliant, duplicate or retrospective purchasing requests.
• Manage aging invoice cases, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve PR/PO‑related payment issues.
• Collaborate with business owners, internal stakeholders and suppliers to support procurement activities and resolve queries.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain procurement documentation and procedures.

Required profile

• Graduate of a four‑year business program, preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
• Minimum three years’ experience in procurement or contract management, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment.
• Experience preparing, reviewing and agreeing technical terms in purchase contracts and service agreements.
• Strong knowledge of procurement/purchasing processes and supply chain concepts.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
