Procurement Officer

About the role

The Procurement Officer will provide essential administrative support to the Operations team of Nord Anglia International School Manila, ensuring the timely and cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services that enable students and staff to thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Source suppliers, obtain quotations and manage purchase orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services across resources, facilities and administration.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to support a broad range of operational needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Experience in a customer‑service or stakeholder‑facing role.
• High level of integrity, strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Desirable: experience in a school or international education environment.
