Process Engineer I – FPIP (Tanauan, Batangas)

About the role

We are seeking a Process Engineer I to support the transition of new products to mass production and drive continuous improvement at our Tanauan facility. The role focuses on identifying variation causes, monitoring capability indices, and implementing short‑term QCD enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute engineering measures to ensure smooth product launch and mass‑production readiness.
• Analyze gaps between notification emails and actual processing conditions during product introduction.
• Report and investigate capability index results, clarifying differences from target commitments.
• Resolve production and quality issues in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Implement short‑term improvement actions based on root‑cause analysis.
• Propose QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) improvement themes for assigned product lines.

Required profile

• Graduate of any engineering discipline.
• Open to candidates with or without prior work experience.
• Strong decision‑making, strategic planning, and goal‑orientation.

Required skills

• Data mining proficiency.
• Knowledge of process engineering principles.
