Preschool Teacher – Full-time On-site Role

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our on‑site team in Pasig. This full‑time position focuses on creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans and curriculum.
• Facilitate engaging, educational activities that support children’s learning and development.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress against developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and stimulating environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom setting.

Required profile

• LET Passer certification.
• Strong expertise in lesson planning and curriculum development for early childhood.
• Solid background in Early Childhood Education with knowledge of developmental milestones.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with children, parents, and staff.
• Experience working with kindergarten‑age children.
• Passion for teaching, patience, creativity, and adaptability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required).
• Relevant certifications and ongoing professional development are advantageous.
