Power Supply Advisor - Operations & Maintenance

About the role

The Power Supply Advisor – Operations & Maintenance will support the O&M team by providing technical expertise on power supply systems throughout the project lifecycle. You will act as the bridge between the contractor’s technical team and the O&M centre, ensuring accurate information flow and reliable power‑supply operations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and provide technical information on Power Supply to the O&M Team.
• Advise on potential issues related to O&M from the perspective of power‑supply construction works.
• Participate in related HAZARD / HAZOP workshops.
• Coordinate with the contractor’s Power Supply Technical Team to deliver expected outputs to OMC.
• Ensure integrity and credibility of information provided by the contractor’s Power Supply Technical Teams.
• Assist OMC in preparing Power Supply maintenance rules, guidelines and SOPs.
• Participate in the development of the Asset Management system with the contractor and OMC.
• Support OMC during bidding and negotiation stages as required.
• Advise D0Tr during the first year of commercial operation concerning Power Supply maintenance.

Required profile

• Experience in power‑supply construction, operations and maintenance.
• Ability to work closely with O&M teams and external contractors.
• Familiarity with hazard and HAZOP workshop processes.
• Capability to develop maintenance guidelines, SOPs and asset‑management documentation.
• Willingness to support bidding, negotiation and early commercial‑operation phases.
