Power Supply Advisor – Operations & Maintenance

About the role

The Power Supply Advisor will support the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team by providing technical expertise on power supply systems, ensuring reliable operation and maintenance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and deliver technical information on power supply to the O&M team.
• Identify potential issues related to O&M from a power‑supply construction perspective.
• Participate in hazard and HAZOP workshops.
• Coordinate with the contractor’s Power Supply Technical Team to meet OMC deliverables.
• Ensure the integrity and credibility of information supplied by the contractor’s technical teams.
• Assist in drafting power‑supply maintenance rules, guidelines, and SOPs for the future OMC.
• Contribute to the development of the Asset Management system alongside the contractor and OMC.
• Support OMC during bidding and negotiation phases as required.
• Provide advice during the first year of commercial operation concerning power‑supply maintenance.

Required profile

• Experience in power‑supply operations, maintenance, or construction.
• Ability to work closely with contractors and internal O&M teams.
• Familiarity with hazard analysis and HAZOP processes.
• Strong analytical skills to assess technical information.
