About the role
We are looking for a remote Outbound Appointment Setter to contact small business owners in the United States and Canada. You will introduce our web design services, qualify prospects and arrange follow‑up meetings while working night hours from the Philippines.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to small business owners in the U.S. and Canada.
- Introduce and explain web design services.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow‑ups.
- Occasionally handle inbound inquiries.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a call‑handling role.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Strong persuasion and communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection, computer and headset.
- Willingness to work the night shift (7:45 PM – 4:00 AM PH time, Monday‑Friday).
