About the role
We are seeking an Operations Director to lead our day‑shift BPO and shared services team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service within a call‑centre environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑shift operations for BPO and shared services.
- Manage on‑site teams to ensure service standards are met.
- Coordinate with senior management to align operational goals.

Required profile
