About the role
We are seeking a highly technical and detail‑oriented Omnichannel Systems Administrator to support, optimize, and expand our customer engagement ecosystem. The role centers on managing the Five9 telephony platform and ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Five9 call‑center solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Five9 issues and build, test, and deploy enhancements.
- Support additional omnichannel applications and manage integration points between Five9 and Salesforce.
- Review logs, perform root‑cause and impact analysis, and conduct testing across environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, recommend enhancements, and deliver trainings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Hands‑on experience with Five9 or a similar contact‑center platform.
- Exposure to API integrations and basic SQL, Python or JavaScript knowledge.
