About the role
We are seeking an Office Clerk to support the daily administrative functions of our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with staff to ensure smooth office operations and maintain high standards of communication and organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general clerical support and assist with routine office tasks.
- Help prepare and present statistical material as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any four‑year course.
- At least two years of experience working in a school setting, though fresh graduates may also apply.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Hardworking attitude with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent organization skills; meticulous and well‑organized.
- Ability to analyze and clearly present statistical material.
