Occitan Language Specialist – AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Occitan language professional to help train large‑scale AI models. You will work remotely, using advanced annotation tools to improve the quality and cultural relevance of AI‑generated Occitan text.

Key responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and correct Occitan content produced by AI systems.
• Evaluate AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness.
• Identify recurring error patterns and document them for model improvement.
• Collaborate with the engineering and data‑science teams to refine prompts, evaluation metrics, and linguistic guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluency in Occitan with proven experience in translation, linguistics, teaching, editing, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with linguistic annotation or AI‑training workflows (any platform).
